GlacierRodents Refund Policy

GlacierRodents offers a 100% money back guarantee. GlacierRodents will require the meat product be returned at customer expense. What about orders that are shipped, but don’t have any more dry ice? The key is not the ice has melted but the temperatures of the meat. If the meat is cool to the touch it can be refrozen, because the meat hasn’t gotten to a temperature that will grow bacteria.

Refunds with angry people: GlacierRodents will give you a refund and will never sell to you again. Please be polite and respectful.

Hub and Expo refunds: Once your order is packed and delivered and then you request a refund there will be a restocking fee:
– 3% credit card fee + $15 to cover GlacierRodents staff time to pack an order and then unpack that order.

Shipping orders: Shipping occurs every Monday and if we have extra dry ice Tuesday.
